DJ Cassidy, or Cassidy Podell, is a New York City based DJ that rose to fame following an encounter with P. Diddy and started playing in celebrity events. His DJing career took him to perform at events for artists like Kanye West and Pharrell Williams, and to play at events like Barack Obama's inaugural dinner at the White House, and at Beyonce and Jay-Z's wedding.
Cassidy later signed with Columbia Records, who also produces for groups like Daft Punk. Besides his success performing at events, he also released two singles, including “Make the World Go Round”, which features R. Kelly and has some six million videos on YouTube, and later an album called “Paradise Royale”.
