Keri Hilson is a popular R&B artist and actress from Decatur, Georgia. Keri Hilson started out as a singer in girl group D’Signe, but after they broke up she would go solo and become a songwriter. She would pen songs for Britney Spears and Mary J Blige, as a member of the team The Clutch. Timbaland realized her talent and signed her to his record label, Moseley Music. She would have a breakthrough when she was featured on Timbalands single “The Way I Are”, which was a chart topper worldwide. She would go onto release her debut album In a Perfort World which would hit #4 on the Billboard charts, and would earn her 2 Grammy nomincations. She would release a second album called No Boys Allowed in 2010.
