Pitbull is the stage name of Armando Christian Pérez, a Cuban-American singer and musical producer. He was born on the 15th of January, 1981, in Miami, Florida, U.S. He began his career around the early 2000s, releasing his particular blend of reggaeton, hip hop, and Latin music under several labels. In 2004, he released his debut album “M.I.A.M.I.” produced by Lil Jon. Two years later, he released “El Mariel” featuring collaborations with the likes of The Neptunes, Diaz Brothers and Trick Daddy. In 2009, he released his breakthrough album “Rebelution” which included the acclaimed single “I Know You Want Me (Calle 8)”. Since then, he has released several major hits alongside artists like Jennifer Lopez and Claudia Leitte. Pérez is a multi-awarded artist and he has won over 35 Billboard Latin Music Awards.
